This came up as a discussion item for variances because of the limited setbacks they were seeking.
Michael Pittman, Director of Operations at Star Pizza said the neighbors are "happy that the complex is coming." But also that the neighborhood has transformed, and they are worried about the traffic.
The neighbors requested a traffic impact study, but it was pointed out that that is a Public Works issue.
